Optional Add-On Services
The following services may be added to the cleanup plan when requested or required by the property’s condition:

- Personal Property Sorting:
Belongings may be separated into items to keep, donate, recycle, dispose of, or clean. Important documents, photographs, valuables, medications, and sentimental items are handled carefully and set aside for review.
- Content Cleaning:
Approved furniture, appliances, storage containers, tools, and other salvageable belongings may be cleaned, disinfected, and deodorized when restoration is reasonably possible.
- Large-Item Removal:
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, shelving, cabinets, and other oversized items may be removed when they are unwanted, damaged, or unable to be safely restored.
- Fixture and Hardware Replacement:
Damaged or contaminated door locks, handles, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, outlet covers, switch plates, shelving, and cabinet hardware may be replaced with owner approval.

Electrical outlets, switches, wiring, plumbing connections, and permanently installed systems may require an appropriately licensed contractor.
- Structural Material Removal:
Contaminated flooring, drywall, insulation, baseboards, cabinets, subflooring, doors, trim, and other building materials may need to be removed when they cannot be adequately cleaned or disinfected.
- Exterior Cleanup:
Porches, patios, garages, sheds, yards, storage areas, and exterior walkways may be added when clutter, waste, animal contamination, or discarded items extend beyond the interior of the property.
- Donation and Recycling Coordination:
Usable items may be separated for donation or recycling when approved by the client. Acceptance is subject to the condition of the items and the receiving organization’s policies.
